Customer service is being rebuilt from the ground up with the arrival of the latest AI tech. At Ace Waves, we’re building an AI agents platform that handles real customer conversations end-to-end for leading consumer brands.Started in stealth, Ace Waves is now a fast-growing startup with strong funding (undisclosed publicly for now) and a growing customer base across Europe.
We’re a hybrid company based in Kaunas, with growing hubs in Vilnius and London, driven by a shared commitment to excellence, ambition, and speed.
Teams Purpose
Our co-founders Antanas Bakšys, Ringaudas Kalinauskas, and Lukas Mikuckis - the same founders behind SearchNode, successfully acquired in 2022. Industry veterans and pioneers in agentic AI with a clear ambition for Ace Waves: to become a global top vendor and the next unicorn from Lithuania.As an early team member, you’ll work close to the founders.
