About Ace Waves

Customer service is being rebuilt from the ground up with the arrival of the latest AI tech. At Ace Waves, we’re building an AI agents platform that handles real customer conversations end-to-end for leading consumer brands.

Started in stealth, Ace Waves is now a fast-growing startup with strong funding (undisclosed publicly for now) and a growing customer base across Europe.

Team’s Purpose

The Product & Engineering team builds and maintains the core Ace Waves AI agents platform — from infrastructure to agent orchestration and product innovation.

Our co-founders Antanas Bakšys, Ringaudas Kalinauskas, and Lukas Mikuckis - the same founders behind SearchNode, successfully acquired in 2022. Industry veterans and pioneers in agentic AI with a clear ambition for Ace Waves: to become a global top vendor and the next unicorn from Lithuania.

As an early team member, you’ll work close to the founders.

What You’ll Do

• Decide what features we build and how they should work.
• Lead features from idea to launch: plan them, design them, and help build them.
• Create tasks for engineers and support them during development.
• Write code yourself when it’s needed to move things forward.
• Do technical research and build quick prototypes to test ideas.
• Design UI screens and flows using our design system.
• Work directly with the CTO / co-founder on technical and product decisions.

What We Expect You to Bring

• 4+ years of experience building software products operating at scale.
• Strong engineering skills — you can design and build features end-to-end.
• Willingness to take ownership, move fast, and work in an environment with changing priorities.
• Curiosity to learn new technologies, try new approaches, and improve the product continuously.

Even Better

• Background in early-stage startups or high-ownership roles.
• Experience building AI-powered products or working with LLMs.
• Strong proficiency with TypeScript, Node.js, and React.

Compensation

€5000 – €8300 gross per month + stock options.

Final package depends on experience and level of ownership.
