Customer service is being rebuilt from the ground up with the arrival of the latest AI tech. At Ace Waves, we’re building an AI agents platform that handles real customer conversations end-to-end for leading consumer brands.

Started in stealth, Ace Waves is now a fast-growing startup with strong funding (undisclosed publicly for now) and a growing customer base across Europe.

Team’s purpose

The Go-To-Market (GTM) team drives Ace Waves’ growth by shaping how our product reaches and wins the market. Sitting between product, AI automation, sales, and marketing, they build repeatable outreach engines, open new revenue channels, and use market insight for competitive product execution.

Our co-founders Antanas Bakšys, Ringaudas Kalinauskas, and Lukas Mikuckis - the same founders behind SearchNode, successfully acquired in 2022. Industry veterans and pioneers in agentic AI with a clear ambition for Ace Waves: to become a global top vendor and the next unicorn from Lithuania.

As an early team member, you’ll work close to the founders.

What you’ll do

• Design, iterate, and maintain Ace Waves’ website and landing pages in close collaboration with marketing and product teams.
• Prepare and optimize visual assets for the web — including illustrations, icons, and marketing graphics.
• Translate strategic goals and brand guidelines into clean, conversion-oriented web layouts.
• Ensure design consistency, accessibility, and performance across all pages and devices.
• Work directly in Figma to deliver pixel-perfect, production-ready designs.
• Partner with developers to ensure seamless implementation of visual and interactive elements.
• Continuously test, improve, and refine user experience based on analytics and feedback.

Examples of work in this role

• Designing and launching new product and feature pages with strong narrative and visual hierarchy.
• Creating high-performing landing pages for campaigns, lead magnets, and partner activations.
• Producing hero images, icons, and supporting visuals aligned with Ace Waves’ brand direction.
• Collaborating on light motion effects and scroll-based animations to enhance storytelling.
• Building scalable Figma component libraries for consistent, faster page delivery.

What we expect you to bring

• 3+ years of experience in web design for SaaS, B2B, or technology-focused companies.
• Deep understanding of composition, typography, and responsive web systems.
• Proven ability to design for both storytelling and conversion performance.
• Proficiency in Figma, with experience preparing production-ready assets.
• Strong collaboration with developers and content creators.
• Ownership mindset — proactive, organized, and able to deliver independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English for day-to-day collaboration and design communication.

• Understanding of A/B testing, analytics, and data-informed design iteration.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and SEO-oriented design principles.
• Background working on early-stage startup websites or high-growth tech brands.

Compensation

This is a contract position. Compensation will be discussed individually based on scope, experience, and collaboration model.
