About Ace Waves

Customer service is being rebuilt from the ground up with the arrival of the latest AI tech. At Ace Waves, we’re building an AI agents platform that handles real customer conversations end-to-end for leading consumer brands.

Started in stealth, Ace Waves is now a fast-growing startup with strong funding (undisclosed publicly for now) and a growing customer base across Europe.

We’re an in-office company based in Kaunas, driven by a shared commitment to excellence, ambition, and speed.

Team’s purpose

The Product & Engineering team builds and maintains the core Ace Waves AI agents platform — from infrastructure to agent orchestration and product innovation.

Our co-founders Antanas Bakšys, Ringaudas Kalinauskas, and Lukas Mikuckis - the same founders behind SearchNode, successfully acquired in 2022. Industry veterans and pioneers in agentic AI with a clear ambition for Ace Waves: to become a global top vendor and the next unicorn from Lithuania.

As an early team member, you’ll work close to the founders.

What you’ll do

• Lead product design of Ace Waves platform.
• Translate complex AI agent capabilities into clear, intuitive user experiences.
• Build and maintain Ace Waves’ design system for consistency and scalability.
• Work closely with engineers and founders to define and deliver core platform features.

What we expect you to bring

• 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Strong skills in UX, visual design, and prototyping (Figma or similar).
• Comfort working with ambiguity and driving clarity through design iterations.
• Deep ownership mindset — you care about user impact as much as visual polish.

Even better

• Experience designing AI-driven products or data-heavy interfaces.
• Background in enterprise SaaS, or technical product design.
