Team’s purpose
The Go-To-Market (GTM) team drives Ace Waves’ growth by shaping how our product reaches and wins the market. Sitting between product, AI automation, sales, and marketing, they build repeatable outreach engines, open new revenue channels, and use market insight for competitive product execution.
Our co-founders Antanas Bakšys, Ringaudas Kalinauskas, and Lukas Mikuckis - the same founders behind SearchNode, successfully acquired in 2022. Industry veterans and pioneers in agentic AI with a clear ambition for Ace Waves: to become a global top vendor and the next unicorn from Lithuania.
As an early team member, you’ll work close to the founders.
What you’ll do
- Design marketing materials across digital channels, including ads, website, and case studies.
- Create and maintain a consistent visual identity aligned with Ace Waves’ brandbook.
- Collaborate with marketers, and writers to produce campaign assets that drive measurable results.
- Develop visual concepts for product launches, events, and co-marketing initiatives.
- Manage design files, templates, and guidelines for efficient reuse across channels.
- Ensure every visual communicates clarity, intent, and attention to detail.
Examples of work in this role
- Designing visuals for major feature announcements, blog posts, and various marketing campaigns.
- Creating ad sets with clear performance goals and measurable CTR impact.
- Building and refining design templates for social media, product one-pagers, and slide decks.
- Contributing design input to Ace Waves’ website, product demos, and case study layouts.
What we expect you to bring
- 3+ years of hands-on graphic design experience, ideally in SaaS, B2B, or tech-driven industries.
- Proven ability to design for performance marketing, brand storytelling, and sales enablement.
- Strong command of composition, typography, and layout principles.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma, Adobe Suite, or equivalent tools.
- Ownership mindset — able to take projects from concept to delivery with minimal supervision.
- Collaborative working style and openness to feedback in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and spoken English for day-to-day collaboration and design communication.

Even better
- Experience creating visuals for AI or software products.
- Familiarity with conversion-focused ad design and performance optimization.
- Motion or animation skills (After Effects or similar).
- Experience collaborating with developers and product designers.
- Understanding of B2B marketing funnels and visual storytelling for enterprise audiences.
Compensation
This is a contract position. Compensation will be discussed individually based on scope, experience, and collaboration model.
