Team’s purpose
The Go-To-Market (GTM) team drives Ace Waves’ growth by shaping how our product reaches and wins the market. Sitting between product, AI automation, sales, and marketing, they build repeatable outreach engines, open new revenue channels, and use market insight for competitive product execution.
Our co-founders Antanas Bakšys, Ringaudas Kalinauskas, and Lukas Mikuckis - the same founders behind SearchNode, successfully acquired in 2022. Industry veterans and pioneers in agentic AI with a clear ambition for Ace Waves: to become a global top vendor and the next unicorn from Lithuania.
As an early team member, you’ll work close to the founders.
What you’ll do
- Write clear, structured, and engaging copy across web, blog, ads, and brand channels.
- Craft narratives that translate complex AI and product concepts into simple, persuasive language.
- Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice across all GTM assets.
- Collaborate with designers and marketers to produce complete creative deliverables.
- Research industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to inform messaging.
- Edit, proofread, and refine content for precision, tone, and clarity.
- Ensure all copy aligns with strategic objectives and measurable campaign goals.
Examples of work in this role
- Writing product landing pages that communicate technical depth with clarity and confidence.
- Producing scripts for short videos, animations, or feature explainers.
- Creating messaging frameworks and taglines for product launches.
- Crafting ad copy for LinkedIn or display campaigns with measurable CTR improvements.
- Ghostwriting blog posts or thought leadership pieces with founders and subject-matter experts.
- Shaping content for investor decks, case studies, or customer stories.
What we expect you to bring
- 3+ years of experience writing B2B, SaaS, or technology-focused copy.
- Strong command of concise, structured writing — from product pages to brand stories.
- Understanding of enterprise audiences, marketing funnels, and value-based messaging.
- Proven ability to simplify complex topics like AI or automation.
- Excellent written and spoken English — near-native fluency is a must.
- Ownership mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to self-edit effectively.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving startup environment with minimal supervision.

- Experience writing for AI, software, or developer-focused products.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and content optimization tools.
- Background in UX writing or product marketing copy.

Compensation
This is a contract position. Compensation will be discussed individually based on scope, experience, and collaboration model.
