Team’s purpose

Forward-deployed agent engineering team builds, integrates, and manages multi-agent AI systems for our enterprise customers. They operate at the intersection of customer engineering and AI product management, building complex agent procedure workflows and integrations that redefine how companies run support at global scale.

Our co-founders Antanas Bakšys, Ringaudas Kalinauskas, and Lukas Mikuckis - the same founders behind SearchNode, successfully acquired in 2022. Industry veterans and pioneers in agentic AI with a clear ambition for Ace Waves: to become a global top vendor and the next unicorn from Lithuania.

As an early team member, you’ll work close to the founders.

What you’ll do

• Analyze client business processes, workflows, and operational models; visualize system logic and flows using tools such as Lucidchart, draw.io, Miro, or similar
• Lead workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder interviews to deeply understand business needs
• Identify opportunities for automation and AI agent implementation across different business functions
• Collaborate closely with Product and Agent Engineering teams to design scalable, effective solutions
• Validate proposed solutions with clients and ensure strong alignment with business goals
• Support implementation, testing, and iteration phases, ensuring smooth delivery and continuous improvement

Examples of work in this role

• Partner with Agent Engineers to design the most effective agent procedures for various scenarios for major brands, automating refunds, order status updates, delivery tracking, and other customer issues at scale
• Work directly with clients to explain system logic, coordinate implementation processes, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle
• Support sales activities when needed by providing product expertise, advising on solution design, and contributing to discovery sessions

What we expect you to bring

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, IT Project Manager, Product Manager, or in a similar role
• Strong ability to map, structure, and document workflows and operational processes
• Experience working directly with clients or stakeholders
• Basic understanding of technical concepts such as APIs, integrations, and data flows, with the ability to navigate and interpret technical documentation when needed
• Excellent analytical and structured thinking skills
• Strong communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
• Experience with automation, SaaS, or AI-related projects is a strong plus

Even better

• Experience working with AI agents, automation tools, or LLM-based solutions
• Familiarity with tools such as Notion, Lucidchart, and workflow techniques such as BPM or workflow mapping
• Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment

Compensation

€3500 - €5000 gross monthly.

Final package depends on experience, ownership, and scope of impact.
