Customer service is being rebuilt from the ground up with the arrival of the latest AI tech. At Ace Waves, we’re building an AI agents platform that handles real customer conversations end-to-end for leading consumer brands.

Started in stealth, Ace Waves is now a fast-growing startup with strong funding (undisclosed publicly for now) and a growing customer base across Europe.

Teams Purpose

The Go-To-Market (GTM) team drives Ace Waves growth by shaping how our product reaches and wins the market. Sitting between product, AI automation, sales, and marketing, they turn market insight into repeatable demand and revenue.

Our co-founders Antanas Bakšys, Ringaudas Kalinauskas, and Lukas Mikuckis - the same founders behind SearchNode, successfully acquired in 2022. Industry veterans and pioneers in agentic AI with a clear ambition for Ace Waves: to become a global top vendor and the next unicorn from Lithuania.

As an early team member, you’ll work close to the founders.

What you’ll do

• Own content production and execution of marketing campaigns
• Own the full content lifecycle: ideation, creation, production, distribution
• Produce content across formats: blog, LinkedIn, case studies, landing pages, ads
• Create conversion-focused content that supports lead generation and sale
• Create content that captures existing demand and drives inbound traffic
• Ensure consistency, clarity, and quality across all marketing materials
• Manage freelancers to deliver consistent, high-quality output

• Turn idea into a campaign with a creative angle and execution plan
• Expand one customer story into multiple content formats across channels
• Craft founder-facing content supporting category perspective and thought leadership
• Ensure content communicates product value and supports GTM efforts
• Brief and guide freelancers to deliver consistent, on-brand creative work

Your profile

• 5+ years of experience in content, creative or campaign-led roles
• Proven track record owning ideas from concept to execution
• Ability to create content that contributes to leads, pipeline, or revenue
• Strong creative judgment and ability to define clear quality standards
• Comfortable with a hands-on approach to writing and editing content yourself
• Operate independently in fast-moving, low-structure environments
• Excellent written and spoken English skills
• Portfolio: be ready to share examples of owned content and campaigns

• Experience with B2B, SaaS, AI, or complex technology products
• Background in early-stage startups or small, high-ownership teams
• Experience working closely with founders on thought leadership
• Exposure to live formats, webinars, or event-driven campaigns
• Existing network of trusted creative freelancers

Compensation

€4000 – €4700 gross per month.

Final package depends on experience, ownership, and scope of impact.
